This article explains how Learnybox can automatically pause contacts in selected LearnyMail sequences when they are removed from a course.
Use it when you want members to stop receiving course-related email content after they lose access, while keeping their sequence progress if they return later.
How it works:
When a contact is removed from a course, you can choose to automatically pause them in specific LearnyMail sequences.
In your course’s email settings, specifically for the LearnyMail autoresponder, you’ll see an option labeled “Pause email sequences automatically”
When checked and saved in your course's email settings:
Contacts who are removed from the course will be paused in the selected LearnyMail sequences.
They will continue receiving transactional emails (such as payment confirmations or login details).
If they rejoin the course, they will automatically resume the sequence(s) from where they left off.
This feature ensures members stop receiving content that’s no longer relevant — while preserving their progress if they return.
