This article explains how to download the recording of a completed live webinar.
Use it when you want to retrieve the webinar video file from the live webinar dashboard after the broadcast has ended.
Once your webinar has ended, you can download the video from the live webinar dashboard. Here's how:
1. Access Download Link
Access your live webinar dashboard.
On the right side of the page, you’ll see a Download live webinar button.
2. Open Video in a New Window
Clicking the download button will open the video in a new browser window.
3. Download Video File
In the bottom-right corner of the video player, click the vertical ellipsis (⋮)
Then select Download to retrieve the video file.
Important: use a desktop browser
Use a desktop browser to access the download options.
The download option may not be available on mobile devices.
