Once your webinar has ended, you can download the video from the live webinar dashboard. Here's how:
1. Access Download Link
Access your live webinar dashboard.
On the right side of the page, you’ll see a Download live webinar button.
2. Open Video in a New Window
Clicking the download button will open the video in a new browser window.
3. Download Video File
In the bottom-right corner of the video player, click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) and select Download to retrieve the video file.
Note: Make sure to use a desktop browser to access the download options, as this may not be available on mobile devices.
