How to configure the registration confirmation email for your course

Learn how to customize the registration confirmation email sent to new course members.


This article explains how to customize the registration confirmation email sent automatically after a new member joins your course.

Use it when you want to personalize the welcome email with course information, login access details, or other relevant details.


To configure the registration confirmation email:

  1. Select your course.

  2. Open the Settings tab.

  3. Open the Emails sub-tab.

  4. Expand the Email sent after new member registration section. This is where you'll be able to edit the registration email sent to members after they join your course.

  5. You can insert dynamic variables into the email subject and body that will be automatically replaced with real values when the email is delivered.

  6. Once you’ve finished editing the content of your email, click Confirm changes to save.

Important: At least one autoresponder must be activated. Otherwise, the automatic email will not be sent to members.
