This article explains how to customize the way files appear in your Learnybox account library.
Use it when you want to switch between display views, adjust thumbnail size, or change how your files are sorted.
By default, all the files in your library are displayed as thumbnails.
Change the display view
1. Open your Library.
2. Click the settings icon (⚙) at the top right.
3. Choose your preferred display mode:
List view displays your files in a list format.
Compact view displays your files in a two-column layout to use less space
Adjust the thumbnail size
1. Click the settings icon (⚙) at the top right.
2. Locate the Thumbnail Size setting. Use the slider to increase or decrease the thumbnail size according to your preference.
Sort your files
1. Click the settings icon (⚙) at the top right.
2. Choose how you want to sort your files:
File Name
File Size
Date
3. Then choose the sorting order:
Ascending
Descending
At this stage, your library displays and sorts files according to the preferences you selected.
