Learnybox provides a centralized space for managing all your media files — including images, videos, audio files, documents, and more — through the Media Library (also referred to simply as library).

You can access it from your account’s main dashboard via:
Side navigation menu → Library

What you can do in the Media Library

The Media Library lets you view, organize, and manage your stored files with the following tools:

Main features:

  • Upload – Add files from your computer

  • New Sub-folder – Create new folders or directories

  • Rename – Rename files or folders

  • Maximize/Minimize – Toggle between full-screen or windowed display

  • Delete – Remove a file or folder from the library

You can also drag and drop files directly into the library window to upload them.

File options (when a file is selected):

  • View – Preview the file

  • Download – Save it to your device

  • Info – View file name and URL

  • Edit – (Images only) Open the image editor

  • Copy – Duplicate the file to another folder

  • Move – Relocate the file to a different directory

Storage capacity

Your Media Library has a maximum capacity of 50 GB, depending on your subscription plan:

  • Free plan: 1 GB

  • Paid plans: 20 GB or 50 GB

You can track your used storage at the top of the library screen.

Important: File links and broken links

Every file in your Library has a unique URL used in your pages, courses, and sales funnels.

If you rename or move a file or folder, that URL will change — which can break the link and make the file inaccessible from your published content.

To avoid disruptions:

  • Be cautious when editing file names or locations.

  • Double-check any linked files used across your platform.
