You can use a different sender email address for any of your email sequences. To do so, follow these steps:
1. Access Email Sequence
Navigate to Marketing → Emails → Sequences.
Click on the name of the sequence you wish to configure.
2. Configure Sending Options
In the sequence dashboard, open the Settings tab.
Open the Sending options sub-tab.
3. Set a Custom Sender Email
Here, you can define:
Sender name
Sender email address (the “From:” email)
Reply-to email address
All emails within this sequence will be sent using the sender name and email address you configure here—independent of your platform-wide default email settings.
Note: Make sure the sender email address is properly authenticated to ensure successful email delivery.
