If a contact has not given explicit consent for direct marketing, you can easily identify and remove them to stay GDPR-compliant. Here's how:

1. Access Your Contacts

  • Navigate to MarketingEmails.

  • Open the Contacts tab to view your contact list.

2. Filter Contacts by Marketing Consent

  • Click on Show conditions to open the advanced contact filtering menu.

  • Add the following condition:

    • Field: Marketing consent

    • Value: Has not consented to direct marketing

3. View and Delete Contacts

  • Click on View results to display contacts who haven’t consented.

  • Select the contacts and delete them using the action menu if you wish to remove them.

Note: You can also perform other actions on these filtered contacts, such as adding/removing tags or unsubscribing them from a sequence.
