If a contact has not given explicit consent for direct marketing, you can easily identify and remove them to stay GDPR-compliant. Here's how:
1. Access Your Contacts
Navigate to Marketing → Emails.
Open the Contacts tab to view your contact list.
2. Filter Contacts by Marketing Consent
Click on Show conditions to open the advanced contact filtering menu.
Add the following condition:
Field: Marketing consent
Value: Has not consented to direct marketing
3. View and Delete Contacts
Click on View results to display contacts who haven’t consented.
Select the contacts and delete them using the action menu if you wish to remove them.
Note: You can also perform other actions on these filtered contacts, such as adding/removing tags or unsubscribing them from a sequence.
