How to import contacts into your email contact database

Import contacts into your LearnyMail database from a CSV file or other Learnybox sources.

You can easily import your email contacts into LearnyMail by following these steps:

  1. Access Import Settings

    • Navigate to Marketing → Emails → Settings tab

    • Open the Imports sub-tab

  2. Start the Import Process

    • Click on Import Contacts.

    • You’ll see several available sources for importing contacts. You can retrieve contacts from:


      • A CSV file
      • Course members
      • Your affiliates
      • Sales funnel registrations
      • Live webinar registrations
      • An SG-Autorépondeur backup
      • An AWeber backup

Note: If your imports fail (Error status), please reach out to our technical support team. For security reasons, your imports may need to be manually verified.
