You can manually move one or more contacts from one step to another within an email sequence.

Use Case Example:
If you’ve added a new step to an ongoing sequence and want specific contacts to start from that step, you can manually reposition them.

Steps to Follow:

  1. Access Sequence’s Contact List:
Navigate to Marketing → Emails → Sequences, select the relevant sequence, and open the Contacts tab.

  2. Select Contacts:
Choose the contacts you want to move. You can select one, several, or all contacts.

  3. Move Contacts to Another Step:
Open the Actions drop-down menu and select Move within the sequence.
Then choose the step where you'd like to move the selected contacts.

  4. Confirm Action:
Once the contacts are moved, check the updated number of contacts per step to confirm the action was successful.
