When a sequence is disabled, none of its steps will be executed. Whether it was paused intentionally or by mistake, you can easily reactivate it by following these steps:
Steps to Reactivate Your Sequence:
Locate Deactivated Sequence:
Navigate to Marketing → Emails → Sequences and locate the sequence you wish to reactivate. Its status will be marked as Deactivated.Open and Activate Sequence:
Click on the name of the sequence to access its dashboard.
Open the Settings tab, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and toggle the sequence activation setting.Save Changes:
Click Next step to confirm and save your changes.
