If your emails aren’t being delivered, the issue may be due to a high Spam score. In LearnyMail, emails with a Spam score above 5 are automatically blocked from being sent.

How to Check and Fix the Spam Score

  1. Open Email in the Editor
While editing your email with the email editor, check the Spam score at the top of the page.

  2. Click on Spam Score
This opens a detailed view of your current score and the reasons behind it.

  3. Analyze
Click on Analyze. This re-runs the spam check and updates the analysis based on any changes you’ve made.

Interpreting the Results

  • Spam Score Below 5
Great! Your email meets the requirements and can be sent.

  • Spam Score Above 5
Your email will not be sent. Carefully review the analysis report and follow the listed recommendations to improve your score.
