Before deleting contacts, it's important to understand the different status types that may be assigned to your contacts.

Learnybox automatically assigns a status to each contact based on their email activity and deliverability. For example, contacts can be marked as Spam or Non-existent email address when email delivery fails, or when the recipient flags your message as spam.

A non-existent email address typically refers to an email that fails to deliver because the address doesn't exist (e.g., due to a typo, deleted mailbox, or fake address).

How to delete these contacts

To remove contacts who are flagged as spam or whose email addresses are invalid:

  1. Navigate to MarketingEmails.

  2. Open the Contacts tab, then click on Show conditions.

  3. Add a new condition applying the Contact status filter, and choose either Marked as spam or Non-existent email address as the value.
Note: You can add a second condition if you’d like to display contacts that meet both criteria.

  4. Click on View results to display your filtered contact list.

  5. Select the contacts, then delete them using the action menu if you wish to remove them from your list.
