The Users menu is part of our new customer relationship management solution (CRM), and it has been upgraded to provide a wide range of options for managing your users more efficiently. With this innovative tool, you’ll gain a complete 360º view of your entire user base, enhancing the efficiency and impact of your daily operations.

Quick Access Panel

Clicking on a user’s list entry opens a quick access panel on the right side of your screen.
This panel provides immediate access to key user information and allows you to perform a variety of actions in just a few clicks, including:

  • Sending an email

  • Assigning or removing tags

  • Enrolling or unsubscribing from sequences

  • Editing contact details

To consult the full user profile, locate the desired user, click on the vertical ellipsis (⋮) to the right of the entry, and select Open full profile.

Segments

Segments allow you to quickly filter and view specific subsets of your users. The default segment is All users, which always displays your full user database.

You can apply other segments to view only:

  • Course members

  • Users registered in your LearnyMail contact list

  • Customers

Column Display

Use the Columns menu to select which user data is displayed by default. This lets you tailor the list to your needs and highlight the most relevant information at a glance.

Creating a New User

When creating a new user, all configuration options are available in a single panel.

You can manage:

  • Course access

  • Webinar and autowebinar access

  • Autoresponder behavior (e.g., assign tags or enroll the user in sequences to automatically add them to your LearnyMail contact list)

  • Affiliate access

  • Administrator permissions

There’s no need to navigate across multiple menus—everything is centralized for convenience.

Filters and Segmentation

Advanced filters are available to help you organize, segment, and sort your users more effectively.

  • Filters are grouped by category (with bold headers) to help you navigate more easily.

  • You can combine multiple filters to refine your search results.

  • Filtered views can be saved as custom segments, which will appear below the default segments mentioned above.

Note: The number of custom segments you can create depends on your subscription plan.

Quick Actions

You can perform several quick actions directly from the Users menu.
When users are selected, a quick action menu appears at the bottom of the screen for streamlined user management.
