If you'd like to present a PowerPoint or Keynote slideshow during your live webinar, you have two display options:
Option 1: Use a Second Screen (Recommended)
Open your PowerPoint or Keynote application on a second screen.
Start screen sharing from your webinar dashboard.
Select only the second screen to be shared with your viewers. This way, the slideshow will be visible while you manage the presentation on your main screen.
Option 2: Use a Browser or Windowed Mode
In PowerPoint, go to the Slide Show tab and click on Set Up Slide Show.
Under Show type, select Browsed by an individual (window) and click OK.
Start the slideshow—it will now open in a separate, windowed mode.
During the webinar:
Click on the Screen Sharing icon.
Select the PowerPoint Slide Show window.
Use the left or right arrow keys on your keyboard to navigate through slides.
