Follow these steps to check the replay status and send the replay link to your live webinar registrants:

1. Confirm Replay Availability

  • Navigate to Marketing Live webinars and check the webinar status:

    • Replay available: The replay is enabled.

    • Completed: The replay is currently disabled.

  • To enable the replay for a completed webinar:

    • Click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) next to the webinar and select Enable replay.

  • To disable the replay, follow the same steps and select Disable replay.

  • For upcoming webinars, you can configure the replay to be automatically enabled after the webinar ends:

    • Open the webinar dashboard

    • Open the Settings tab

    • Open the End of live webinar sub-tab

    • Check the option: Enable replay automatically at the end of the live webinar

2. Automated Email with Replay Link

  • If the replay is enabled, Learnybox will automatically schedule an email to be sent 24 hours after the webinar ends.

  • This default feedback request email will include the replay link.

3. Manually Create and Send a Custom Email with Replay Link

  • To create and send a custom email with the replay link:

    • Open the Emails tab and click on Create email

    • In the Message section, insert the [[LINK_REPLAY]] variable from the list on the right. This will automatically be replaced by the actual replay link when the email is sent.

  • To send a scheduled email manually at any given time:

    • In the Emails tab, click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) next to the email

    • Select Send email

Note: You can personalize your email content to boost replay views and engagement. Consider adding a summary or key takeaways to encourage registrants to watch the replay.
