What is an automated webinar?
An automated webinar, also called an autowebinar or evergreen webinar, is a pre-recorded webinar that simulates a live event.
Instead of being broadcast in real time, it is scheduled to play automatically at specific times you define, for example once a month or every Monday at 2:00 PM.
This allows your audience to register and attend at their convenience, without requiring you to be present during the broadcast.
Automated webinars are designed to create a live-style experience for viewers. They can include:
A chat section, where questions are sent to you by email.
Surveys, notifications, and offers, displayed during the webinar at the times you configure.

To manage your autowebinars:
Navigate to Marketing → Autowebinars
For each autowebinar, you’ll see:
The title of the autowebinar.
The number of registrants, meaning users who signed up to attend a broadcast session.
The number of participants, meaning registrants who attended a broadcast session.
The number of clicks on offers displayed during the autowebinar.
By clicking the vertical ellipsis (⋮) at the top right of the autowebinar card, you can:
Directly access the autowebinar’s registration page, through its registration link.
Duplicate the autowebinar.
Generate a share code to import the autowebinar into a separate Learnybox account, if needed.
Regenerate the autowebinar screenshot, also called the card thumbnail, when viewing the list in grid view.
