An automated webinar (also known as an autowebinar) is a prerecorded webinar that simulates a live event. Instead of being broadcast in real time, it is scheduled to play automatically at specific times you define (e.g., once a month or every Monday at 2:00 PM). This allows your audience to register and attend at their convenience—without requiring your presence during the broadcast.

Autowebinars are designed to simulate a live event experience for your viewers. They can include:

  • A chat section, where questions are sent to you by email.

  • Surveys, notifications, and offers, which will be displayed during the webinar at the times you configure.

Managing Your Autowebinars

To manage your autowebinars:

  1. Navigate to Marketing Autowebinars

  2. For each autowebinar, you’ll see:

    • The title of the autowebinar.

    • The number of registrants (users who signed up to attend an autowebinar broadcast session) and participants (registrants who attended an autowebinar session).

    • By clicking on the vertical ellipsis (⋮) to the right of an autowebinar list entry, you can:

      • Directly access the autowebinar’s registration page, through its registration link

      • Duplicate the autowebinar

      • Generate a share code (to import the autowebinar in a separate Learnybox account, if needed)

      • Regenerate the autowebinar screenshot (card thumbnail when viewing the list on grid view)

      • Delete the autowebinar

Configuring an Autowebinar

  • Click on the title to access its dashboard.

  • From the dashboard, you can:

    • Configure and schedule automated emails to be sent before and after the broadcast sessions.

    • Adjust all other autowebinar settings
