This article explains how to enable email notifications for comments posted on your sales funnel pages.
Use it when you want specific administrators to be notified when a visitor leaves a comment on a page from your funnel that contains a comment section.
You can receive email notifications when visitors leave comments on your sales funnel pages. Follow the steps below to activate this feature and ensure it is properly set up.
Step 1: Access Sales Funnel Settings
Navigate to Marketing → Sales Funnels to access your funnel list.
Click the funnel you wish to configure.
Open the selected funnel's Settings tab.
Step 2: Enable Comment Notifications
Locate the Comment Notifications setting.
Select the administrators to receive email notifications when a comment is posted on any of the funnel’s pages.
Step 3: Add Comment Sections to Pages
In the funnel’s Pages tab, review your pages and make sure each relevant page contains a Comments element (which is essentially a comment section, required if you want visitors to be able to leave comments on your page).
To insert a comment section on a page, open the page using the page editor, and drag the Comments element (located in the Dynamic elements) onto your desired page section.
Important Notes:
Notifications are only sent for pages that contain a comment section.
Make sure to include the Comments element in every page where you want visitors to be able to post comments.
