You can receive email notifications when visitors leave comments on your sales funnel pages. Follow the steps below to activate this feature and ensure it is properly set up.
Step 1: Access Sales Funnel Settings
Navigate to Marketing → Sales Funnels to access your funnel list.
Click on the funnel you wish to configure.
Open the Settings tab.
Step 2: Enable Comment Notifications
Locate the Comment Notifications setting.
Select the administrators to receive email alerts when a comment is posted on the funnel’s pages.
Step 3: Add Comment Blocks to Pages
In the funnel’s Pages tab, review your pages and make sure each relevant page contains a Comments element.
To insert a comment block on a page, edit it to access the page builder, and use the Comments element (under Dynamic elements) to add a comment block to the desired section of the page.
Important Notes:
Notifications are only sent for pages that contain a comment block.
Be sure to add the Comments element to every page where you want visitors to be able to post comments.
