You can disable comments on any published article to hide existing comments and prevent new ones from being submitted. Here's how to do it for both new and existing articles:
Disable Comments on New Articles (not yet published)
After creating a new article, you’ll be automatically redirected to the article editor.
Step 1: Open Article Settings
Click on Advanced Settings (top left of the builder), and select Article settings
Step 2: Disable Commenting
Toggle the Display comments option off to disable commenting for this article. This will also hide any previously submitted comments.
Click Save to apply your changes.
Disable Comments on Published Articles
Navigate to Website & Blog → Blog
Open the Articles tab
Click the Edit icon for the published article you wish to configure
In the right-hand panel, toggle the Display comments option off
Click Save (bottom right) to save and apply your changes
