Schedule a New Article

After creating a new article, you’ll be automatically redirected to the article builder, where you can edit the content and configure its settings.
Note: Newly created articles are deactivated by default and remain unpublished until manually published or scheduled with a specific publication date.

Set the Publication Date and Time

  1. Click on Advanced Settings (top left of the builder), then select Article settings.

  2. Under Publication Date, set the desired date and time for automatic publication.

Save and Schedule

  • Click Save to apply your changes.

  • The article will remain unpublished (status: On hold) until the scheduled date, when it will be automatically published.

Schedule an Existing Article

To schedule an article you've already created (with the status: On hold):

  1. Navigate to Website & BlogBlog

  2. Open the Articles tab

  3. Click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) next to the article you wish to schedule, and select Edit

Set the Publication Date and Time

  1. Click on Advanced Settings (top left of the builder), and select Article settings.

  2. Under Publication Date, set the desired date and time for automatic publication.
