You can issue a full or partial transaction refund for directly from your Learnybox account, provided the payment was made using a supported payment method.

To Issue a Refund
Navigate to Sales → Orders & invoices → Transactions tab.
Locate the transaction you wish to refund, click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) to the right of its list entry, and select View transaction.
On the transaction details page, click on Refund order.
Enter the refund amount (you can issue a full or partial refund) and click Refund to complete the process.
The refund will be processed automatically using the same payment method as the original transaction. The customer will receive the refunded amount directly to their account.
Note: Refunds for PayPal transactions must be processed manually via your PayPal account. Learnybox does not support PayPal refunds directly through the platform.
