Learnybox allows you to automatically generate invoices for each completed transaction. This helps you streamline your sales process and avoid manual invoice creation.
Enable Automatic Invoice Generation
Navigate to Sales → Orders & invoices → Settings tab → Generate invoices sub-tab
Enable the option: Generate invoices automatically
Adjust the additional settings as needed
Customize Your Invoice Content
To personalize the information displayed on your invoices:
Go to the Billing address settings sub-tab
Customize the fields you want to display (e.g., company logo, business details, etc.)
See the Preview section to view the invoice layout with your invoice content
Automatically Send Invoices by Email
To automatically email invoices to your customers:
Navigate to the Emailing settings sub-tab
Enable the option: Automatically email the invoice to the customer
Once enabled, each invoice will be sent as soon as the corresponding transaction is completed.
