How to enable automatic invoice generation and emailing

Learnybox allows you to automatically generate invoices for each completed transaction. This helps you streamline your sales process and avoid manual invoice creation.

Enable Automatic Invoice Generation

  1. Navigate to SalesOrders & invoicesSettings tab → Generate invoices sub-tab

  2. Enable the option: Generate invoices automatically

  3. Adjust the additional settings as needed

Customize Your Invoice Content

To personalize the information displayed on your invoices:

  1. Access the Billing information settings sub-tab

  2. Customize the fields you want to display (e.g., company logo, business details, etc.)

  3. See the Preview section to view the invoice layout with your invoice content

Automatically Send Invoices by Email

To automatically email invoices to your customers:

  1. Access the Emailing settings sub-tab

  2. Enable the option: Automatically email the invoice to the customer

Once enabled, each invoice will be sent as soon as the corresponding transaction is completed.
