If a customer’s subscription has been deactivated—either manually or due to failed payments—you can reactivate it at any time directly from your Learnybox account. Once reactivated, upcoming payments will resume based on the subscription’s original schedule.
To Reactivate a Subscription:
Navigate to Sales → Orders & invoices → Subscriptions tab
Locate the deactivated subscription
Click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) to the right of its list entry, then select Reactivate subscription
The subscription will be reactivated, and the next scheduled payment will be processed automatically according to the original plan.
