If a customer requests to postpone their next payment, or if you need to manually adjust the payment schedule for any reason, you can update the next payment date — depending on the payment method used.

If the Customer Paid via PayPal

Subscription payments processed through PayPal must be managed directly from your PayPal account. It is not possible to modify PayPal subscriptions from your Learnybox interface.

If the Customer Paid via LearnyPay, Stripe, or PayPlug

You can update the next payment date directly from your Learnybox account:

  1. Navigate to SalesOrders & invoicesSubscriptions tab

  2. Locate the subscription you wish to modify

  3. Click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) to the right of its list entry, and select Edit
(Alternatively, select View subscription, then click on Edit at the top right of the subscription details page)

  4. In the subscription editing page, adjust the Next payment date

  5. Click Confirm to save your changes

Additional Options When Editing a Subscription

While editing the subscription, you can also update:

  • Installment amount (applies to all remaining payments)

  • Currency

  • Number of remaining payments

  • Payment frequency (e.g., every X days or months)

You can also cancel or reactivate the subscription from this same page.
