How to manually cancel customer subscriptions

The way to deactivate a customer’s active subscription depends on the payment method used when the order was placed.

If the Customer Paid via PayPal

You must cancel the subscription directly from your PayPal account.
Learnybox does not allow you to cancel PayPal subscriptions from within the platform.

If the Customer Paid via LearnyPay, Stripe, or PayPlug

You can cancel the subscription directly from your Learnybox account.

Navigate to:

SalesOrders & invoicesSubscriptions tab

To Cancel the Subscription:

  1. Locate the subscription you wish to cancel

  2. Click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) to the right of its list entry, and select Edit

  3. In the subscription settings, set the status to Deactivated

  4. Click Confirm to save your changes

The subscription will be immediately deactivated, and no further payments will be processed.
