You can change the default currency displayed on your payment form for both products and payment methods. Follow the steps below to update your form’s currency settings.
Step 1: Update Default Currency for Products
Access Form Products
Navigate to Sales → Offers
In the Forms tab, select the payment form you wish to configure.
Open the Products tab.
Edit Product Currency
For each product included in the form:
Click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) to the right of the product, and select Edit.
In the Additional Options section, locate the Default Currency field and select the currency to be displayed in the form’s order summary page.
Save Changes
Click Confirm to save and apply your changes.
Step 2: Update Currency for Payment Methods
Access Form Payment Methods
In the same form, open the Payment Methods tab.
Edit Payment Method Currency
For each payment method added to the form:
Click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) to the right of the payment method, and select Edit.
In the Payment Method Configuration section, update the Currency field. This determines which currency the payment method will use when processing transactions.
Save Changes
Click Confirm to save and apply your changes.
Changes take effect immediately after saving. Always verify that the updated currency is properly displayed on the form before publishing or sharing it with your leads and clients.
