Coupons allow you to offer a fixed amount or percentage-based discount on products purchased through your payment forms. You can generate a coupon for a specific payment form and share it with your leads or clients, who can then apply it during checkout.

Step 1: Access Coupon Settings

  1. Navigate to SalesOffers

  2. In the Forms tab, select the payment form you wish to configure

  3. Open the Coupons tab

  4. Click on Add coupon

Step 2: Configure Your Coupon

  • A coupon code will be generated automatically — you can modify it if needed

  • Enter a coupon name to identify it internally

  • Choose the discount type:

    • Fixed amount (e.g., €10 off)

    • Percentage (e.g., 15% off)

Additional Options:

  • Coupon usage limit: Set how many times the coupon can be used in total.

  • Expiration date: Set a date after which the coupon becomes invalid.

How It Works at Checkout

Once at least one coupon has been added to a payment form, a I have a coupon link will appear on Step 1 of the checkout process (order summary page), just below the order total. Customers can click this link to enter their coupon code, and the discount will be applied automatically to their order.
