How to enable and limit access to your live webinar replay

When you schedule a live webinar, you have full control over whether the replay will be made available to your participants—and for how long.

By default, the replay is not automatically enabled after the webinar ends. You must manually activate this option in your webinar settings if you want your participants to access the replay.

How to Enable the Replay

To make the replay automatically available after your live webinar ends:

  1. Navigate to your live webinar settings

  2. Open the End of live webinar sub-tab

  3. Enable the following option:
    Enable replay automatically at the end of the live webinar

Once this option is enabled, the system will automatically make the replay available as soon as the live session ends.

How to Set a Time Limit for Replay Availability

If you want the replay to be available only for a limited time, you can set a number of days after which it will be automatically disabled.

Just below the replay activation setting, you'll see:

Disable replay after

  • Enter the number of days during which the replay will remain accessible.

  • The default value is 0, which means the replay will remain available indefinitely (unless manually disabled).

  • For example, entering 7 will deactivate the replay 7 days after the webinar ends, which means it will only be accessible for 7 days following the end of your live webinar.

Additional Option: Allow Replay Registrations

Enable this option if you want to make the replay available to new viewers after the webinar has ended—even if they didn’t attend the live session. These users will be able to sign up via your live webinar registration page and gain access to the replay.

Notes

  • The replay will only be deactivated automatically if the “Enable replay automatically” option is turned on and a number of days is specified.

  • Even if you don’t enable the replay automatically, your live webinar is always recorded. You can manually enable or disable the replay at any time from your live webinar list.

  • A concluded webinar with its replay enabled will display the status: Replay available

  • A concluded webinar with its replay disabled will display the status: Completed
