Step-by-Step: Create Your LearnyPay Account
1. Access LearnyPay Wallets
Navigate to Sales → LearnyPay Wallets
Click on Create LearnyPay wallet
2. Complete Account Creation Process
You will go through four steps to register your account:
Step 1 – Information
Review key details about LearnyPay, including:
What LearnyPay offers
Information required to open an account
Supported countries and currencies
Restricted countries (blacklisted for LearnyPay usage)
Step 2 – Personal Information
Enter your personal details (first name, last name, email address, etc.).
Step 3 – Address
Provide your complete mailing address.
Step 4 – Company Information
Enter your business details.
Pay special attention to the Company type field—this determines which documents you will need to provide for account validation (processed by our partner MangoPay).
3. Submit Required Documents
After completing the form, your LearnyPay account creation request will be registered.
To validate your account:
Upload the required documents based on your company type.
Click on the Send document link to begin the upload process.
Document validation is handled by MangoPay and typically takes between 24 to 48 hours.

4. Register a Bank Account
While your documents are being reviewed, you can already add one or more bank accounts to your LearnyPay wallet:
Open your LearnyPay wallet Settings tab, then open the Bank Accounts sub-tab.
Click Add bank account, select your region, assign a name (e.g., "Main account"), and fill out the necessary banking details.
Important Notes
Ensure all submitted information and documents are accurate and complete to avoid any constraints or delays in the validation process.
A 2.6% fee (VAT included) is applied to each balance transfer from your LearnyPay wallet to your bank account.
LearnyPay is available only in supported countries and currencies. Be sure to confirm availability in your region before proceeding.
