Creating an affiliate campaign is a powerful way to empower your partners to promote and sell your courses and other digital products. Here's how to set up and manage an affiliate campaign using the built-in affiliation application.

Steps to Create Affiliate Campaign

1. Access Affiliation Application

  • Navigate to SalesAffiliation

  • Open the Campaigns tab

  • Click Create campaign

2. Step 1 – Name Your Campaign

  • Enter a name for your campaign.

  • This name will be visible to both you and your affiliates.

3. Step 2 – Configure Affiliate Commissions

Set up the commission rules and structure for your campaign:

  • Commission Type: Choose between a percentage or fixed value, based on the total sale amount.

  • Sales Tax Preference: Choose whether commissions are calculated before or after tax.

Then set your commission rules (optional):

  • Last Click Attribution: Enables a commission for the affiliate associated with the last click before purchase. (Recommended)

  • Database Check: Prevent affiliates from being awarded commissions for leads already present in your contact database.

4. Step 3 – Select Sales Funnel

  • Choose the sales funnel linked to your campaign.

  • Learnybox will automatically retrieve the page links from that funnel.

  • You’ll be able to decide which links will be visible to your affiliates.

5. Finalize Campaign

  • Click Next step to complete the campaign creation process.

Affiliate Access to Links

Once your campaign is published, your affiliates will be able to access their unique affiliate links from their Affiliate Area, based on the links set as visible in your affiliate campaign.

Important Notes

  • Ensure your sales funnel and pages are fully set up before creating your affiliate campaign.

  • Carefully review your commission settings and rules to ensure they align with your business goals and policies.
