To streamline communication and help your affiliates promote your courses or other digital products, you can build email templates for your affiliates to send to their audiences. These emails can include automatically generated affiliate links, which will be personalized for each affiliate to ensure accurate tracking and attribution.
Steps to Add Affiliate Links to Your Emails
1. Access Affiliate Campaign Emails
Navigate to Sales → Affiliation
Open the Campaigns tab and select the campaign you wish to configure
Open your selected campaign’s Emails tab
2. Create New Email
Click Create email to build a new email template for the selected campaign
Enter the following details:
Subject line
Notes or instructions (optional – for affiliate guidance)
Email content
3. Insert Affiliate Link
In the email content section, use the [[LINK]] dynamic variable for any hyperlinks.
This variable is automatically replaced with each affiliate's unique tracking link.
To create a clickable link:
Copy the [[LINK]] variable.
Highlight the text you want to hyperlink.
Click the Link icon (or use Ctrl + L).
Set the protocol to
https://(recommended)Paste the [[LINK]] variable into the URL field and click OK
4. Save Email
Once your email content and links are ready, click Confirm (bottom right) to save your new email.
Your affiliates can now use the email to promote your product(s) without needing to make any changes. The [[LINK]] variable will automatically generate the correct affiliate link for each user when the email is delivered.
