How to view affiliate performance statistics

Learn how to view an affiliate’s commissions, clicks, payment records, and other performance data.

This article explains how to access performance statistics for a specific affiliate.

Use it when you want to review an affiliate’s activity, including commissions earned, campaign clicks, commission payments, and the remaining balance owed to them.

Step 1 - Access your affiliate list

  1. Navigate to Sales → Affiliation

  2. Open the Affiliates tab

Step 2 - Select the affiliate

  1. Click the name of the affiliate whose statistics you want to review.
    You will be redirected to the Affiliation section of the affiliate’s user profile. This page displays all relevant statistics for the affiliate.

Step 3 - Review the affiliate statistics

From the affiliate’s profile, you can review performance information including:

  1. Commission Total: the affiliate’s available commission balance.

  2. Number of Clicks: the number of clicks recorded across campaigns.

  3. Commission Payments: registered commission payments made to the affiliate.

  4. Affiliate Balance: the amount currently owed to the affiliate, calculated as the difference between the commission total and the amount already paid.

  5. Other Metrics: additional statistics related to the affiliate’s activity.

How to use these statistics

These statistics help you monitor affiliate activity and review commission and payment information from one place.

Make sure your visitor tracking settings are configured correctly for each campaign so the recorded statistics remain accurate.
