You can customize the emails automatically sent to affiliates after they register for your affiliate program. These emails help you maintain clear communication and provide a smooth onboarding experience for new affiliates.
Steps to Edit Affiliate Registration and Notification Emails
1. Access Affiliation Email Settings
Navigate to Sales → Affiliation
Open the Settings tab
Open the Emails sub-tab
2. Choose Email(s) to Configure
In the Emails section, you can configure the following emails:
Welcome Email – Sent to welcome new affiliates and provide essential onboarding information.
Registration Confirmation Email – Sent automatically after you approve an affiliate’s registration request (only sent if automatic approval is disabled in your affiliation settings)
Commission Notification Email – If enabled, this email notifies affiliates each time they earn a new commission.
3. Save Your Changes
After customizing your email content, click Confirm (bottom right) to apply your changes.
