This article explains how to reset an affiliate’s password from the Affiliation area.
Use it when an affiliate cannot access their affiliate dashboard and needs new login credentials sent by email.
If an affiliate forgets their password, you can easily reset it from the Affiliation area. This action will automatically generate a new password and send it to the affiliate by email.
Steps to Reset an Affiliate’s Password
1. Access Affiliates tab
Go to Sales → Affiliation
Open the Affiliates tab to view the list of all your registered affiliates.
2. Locate the affiliate
Find the affiliate whose password you want to reset.
3. Reset the password
Click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) to the right of the affiliate's list entry.
Select Reset Password
What happens after the password reset?
Learnybox automatically generates a new password. The affiliate receives an email containing:
a login link to access the affiliate dashboard
their new login credentials
