Learnybox includes a built-in project management tool to help you stay organized and meet your deadlines by breaking down your work into manageable tasks.

Accessing the Tool

Navigate to Tools & Teaching Project Management

You’ll find two separate tabs: Projects and Tasks.

Projects

A project is a group of related tasks under the same theme. When you create a new project, you’ll set its associated tasks, which appear as a checklist.

For example:
A project could include two high-priority tasks. You can update the status of each task by clicking its checkbox:

  • First click: the task is marked as In Progress

  • Second click: the task is marked as Completed

Each change will automatically update the project’s progress. Once all tasks within a project are completed, the project itself will be marked as Completed.

Tasks

The Tasks tab shows a complete list of all tasks from all your projects in one place. You can manage your tasks directly from this view without needing to open each individual project.

Each task entry includes:

  • The task’s name

  • The task’s creation date

  • The project it belongs to

  • The task’s priority level

  • The task’s current status

You can also:

  • Edit a task

  • Update a task’s status

  • Delete a task

Any changes applied here will automatically reflect in the associated project.

Make the most of this tool to plan, track, and complete your work more effectively.
