You can create and manage your FAQ page directly from your Learnybox account.
To access this feature, navigate to Tools & Teaching → FAQ in the side navigation menu.
The FAQ area is divided into four tabs, each with a specific purpose:
1. Questions
Create and manage the questions and answers displayed on your FAQ page.
You can:
Add new questions.
Edit or delete existing questions.
Assign questions to specific categories (if applicable).
Reorder questions using the drag-and-drop functionality.
This tab is where you build the core content of your FAQ page.
2. Categories
Organize your questions into categories for better structure and readability.
You can:
Create new categories.
Edit or delete existing categories.
3. Search Queries
Track keywords and phrases your visitors type into the FAQ search bar.
You’ll see:
A list of all search queries.
The number of times each query was entered.
This data helps you understand what your visitors are looking for and allows you to update your FAQ content accordingly.
4. View Online
Preview your public FAQ page.
You’ll be redirected to the live version of your FAQ page so you can preview exactly what your visitors will see when accessing the page.
