How to schedule a coaching session with a Learnybox expert

If you need technical support for your project(s), you can book a one-on-one session with a LearnyCoach directly from your Learnybox account.

Step 1: Access Coaching Area

From your Learnybox account homepage, click on Schedule coaching. You’ll find this option in the "How can we help you?" section.

You’ll be redirected to your coaching area, where you can submit a coaching request, as well as view and manage all your previously submitted requests.

Step 2: Book Session

To schedule a new session, click on Schedule coaching (top right of the page).

Step 3: Select Your Coach

You’ll be prompted to select your coach. You have two options:

  • Select the coaching objective that best reflects your needs to get matched with the most suitable coach.

  • Manually select a coach from the list.

Step 4: Select Time Slot

Choose an available time slot from the coach’s calendar.

If you don’t have enough credits, you’ll be prompted to purchase additional credits before proceeding. Just click on Order credits and you’ll be redirected to a credit-purchasing page.

Step 5: Describe Your Needs

Clearly explain what you’d like to discuss during the session. The more details you provide, the better your coach can prepare.

Once everything is filled out, click on Submit coaching request to finalize your booking.

Track Coaching Requests

Each request will have one of the following statuses:

  • On hold (Pending): The coach has received your request but hasn’t confirmed it yet.

  • Confirmed: The session is confirmed. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to the video meeting room.

  • Canceled: The session was canceled. Your credits will be refunded.

  • Completed: The coaching session has already taken place.

View Submitted Requests

You can consult any of your requests from the Coaching tab in your coaching area. Click View on any request to see:

  • Assigned coach

  • Date and time

  • Date of request

  • Current status

  • Video call link

  • Accompanying message
