In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which came into effect on May 25, 2018, you are required to give visitors the choice to accept or reject cookies on your website.

Where to Configure the Cookie Banner

You can manage this feature directly from your account settings:
Settings Privacy & Cookies

Marketing Consent Texts

In the Marketing Consent section, you can customize the default consent texts shown in your forms:

  • Direct marketing:
Customize the message shown to users when they are asked to consent to receive commercial offers directly from you.

  • Partner marketing:
Customize the message shown when users are asked to consent to receive offers from your partners in exchange for a gift (e.g., access to a course).

Cookie Banner Settings

In the Cookie banner section, you can configure how the cookie consent banner is displayed on your pages.

Available Options:

  • Display banner on all website pages
Activate this option to display the cookie banner across all of your website pages.

  • Display banner on all funnel pages
Activate this option to display the cookie banner on every page within your sales funnels.

  • Open pop-up automatically
Enable this setting to automatically display a cookie consent pop-up when a user visits your pages.

Note: The cookie banner and pop-up will only be displayed if the system detects cookies on your pages that require visitor consent under GDPR.
If no such cookies are found in the page’s source code, the banner will not appear—even if the display options are enabled. In that case, visitor consent is not required.

Additional Reminder
Cookies must be accompanied by legal documentation on your website. For certain types of cookies, obtaining user consent is mandatory. For more information, please refer to the official CNIL website.
