You can configure your own SMTP server to handle transactional emails sent through Learnybox. Only transactional emails sent by Learnybox will be delivered using your custom SMTP server.

Step 1: Access SMTP Settings

  1. Open the Settings tab in the side navigation menu

  2. Open the Emails sub-tab

  3. Scroll down and expand the SMTP Settings section

Step 2: Enter SMTP Server Details

Fill out the form with your SMTP server information, including:

  • SMTP server (host address)

  • Username and password (for authentication)

  • Port/SSL value

  • Encryption method (None, use SSL, or use TLS)

Note: The Username is usually the email address of the account you're authenticating with, unless your SMTP provider requires a different format.

Step 3: Validate and Test Configuration

Click Confirm (bottom right) to save your setup. Learnybox will attempt to connect to your SMTP server and validate the configuration.

If an issue is detected, an error message will be displayed to help you troubleshoot the connection.
