The SPF (Sender Policy Framework) record is a type of DNS (Domain Name System) record used to prevent email spoofing. It works by telling email providers which servers are authorized to send emails on behalf of your domain (e.g., mydomain.com
). You can modify this record directly through your DNS hosting provider (e.g., OVH, Gandi, IONOS, etc.).
By updating your SPF record to authorize Learnybox to send emails on your behalf, you can significantly improve email deliverability.
When you send emails from Learnybox using a sender address like contact@mydomain.com, email providers (such as Gmail or Outlook) check your domain’s SPF record to verify whether Learnybox is authorized to send emails for that address. If Learnybox isn’t included in your SPF record, your emails are more likely to be marked as spam — or not delivered at all.
To authorize Learnybox, simply add the following include mechanism to your domain’s SPF record:
include:learnybox.com
This tells email providers that Learnybox is a trusted sender for your domain.
