To comply with international email regulations, such as the ePrivacy Directive and the CAN-SPAM Act, it is now mandatory to include your company's physical (postal) address in all marketing or commercial emails. This requirement ensures transparency and helps reduce spam and fraud.

How to Configure Your Company Address in Learnybox

  1. Access Email Settings
    Navigate to:
    Settings Emails

  2. Enter Your Company Address
In the dedicated field, enter your company’s full postal address.
This will allow your emails to be sent without compliance issues.

  3. Automatic Display in Emails
Your company’s address will be automatically displayed in the footer of all your emails — right above the unsubscribe link.

⚠️If you have a paid Learnybox subscription and have already provided your billing information, your billing address will automatically populate this field.

  1. Optional: Add Your Company Name
You can also enter your company name in the corresponding field.
When filled in, your email footer will look like this:

COMPANY NAME – POSTAL ADDRESS

Why It Matters

Failing to include your business address may lead to:
• Your emails being marked as spam
• A lower email deliverability rate
• Violation of email regulations (risking fines or blacklisting).

Make sure your emails comply with current legislation and reflect a professional and trustworthy sender identity.
