When you connect a custom domain like www.mydomain.com to Learnybox, typing mydomain.com (without the www) into a browser will not automatically redirect visitors to your Learnybox website.

To ensure your visitors reach your website regardless of how they enter the domain, you need to set up a redirection from mydomain.com to www.mydomain.comthrough your DNS hosting provider (e.g., OVH, IONOS, GoDaddy, etc.)

How to Set It Up:

  1. Log in to your DNS hosting provider.

  2. Locate the redirection or domain forwarding settings.

  3. Create a redirection from: mydomain.com www.mydomain.com

⚠️Important:
Learnybox only manages subdomains. Root domain redirections like the one described above must be configured directly with your hosting provider. If you're not sure how to do this and require assistance, we recommend contacting your domain provider’s support team or a network administrator.
