How to cancel or pause your Learnybox subscription

To cancel or pause your subscription, follow the steps below:

  1. Access Subscription Settings
    In the side navigation menu, click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) next to your administrator name (at the bottom left of the page), then select Subscription / Invoices

  2. Start Cancellation or Pause Process
    Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the button:
    ​I wish to cancel or pause my subscription

  1. Confirm Choice
    Follow the on-screen instructions to either cancel or pause your subscription.

⚠️ Important: If you confirm the cancellation of your subscription, all your data—including courses, sales funnels, library files, access permissions, and more—will be permanently deleted.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once your request has been processed.
