How to change your credit card number for subscription payments

Update the credit card associated with your Learnybox subscription payments.

This article explains how to access your Learnybox subscription settings and change the credit card used for your payments.

You'll also learn how to update your payment details if you subscribed using PayPal.

Step 1 - Access your subscription settings

  1. Click your administrator avatar in the top-right corner of the screen to open the Client area menu.

  2. Select Subscription / Invoices to access your subscription management page.


Step 2 - Update your credit card information

  1. In the Your subscriptions sub-tab, scroll down to the Billing Information section.

  2. Click Change credit card to update your payment details.


What if I use PayPal for my subscription?

If you selected PayPal as your payment method when subscribing to Learnybox, you'll need to update your credit card information directly through your PayPal account.

This change cannot be made through your Learnybox subscription settings.
