This article explains how to access and download export files generated in Learnybox.
Use it when you have requested an export and want to retrieve the resulting file from your email or from the Exports folder in your account Library.
Access an export from your email
When you request an export, you typically receive an email containing a download link.
Open the email and use the link provided to download your export file.
Access an export from your Library
Export files generated in Learnybox are also automatically stored in your account Library:
Open your Library
Open the Exports folder
Click your desired export file.
Preview and/or download your export file.
⚠️ Do not delete the Exports folder. This system folder is automatically created in your account and is required to access generated export files from your library.
If you haven't received the export email yet
The export email may occasionally take some time to arrive due to common email processing delays.
If the email has not arrived yet, open the Exports folder in your Library to access the generated file directly.
