How to access and download your export files

All export files you generate in Learnybox are stored safely in your account, so you can easily access them at any time. You can retrieve your export files in two ways:

If you do not receive the export email right away, this may be due to normal email processing delays. In that case, the Exports folder in your library provides immediate access—your export files are always available there in real time.
