Your documents (proof of identity, business registration documents, articles of association, etc.) submitted for validation may be rejected by the bank for various reasons.
To find out why your documents were rejected, access your LearnyPay wallet. Then open the Settings tab and click on the Documents sub-tab.
At the bottom of the page, in the list of your submitted documents, hover your mouse over the information icon (i) displayed next to each rejected document. A message will be displayed explaining the reason for the rejection.
You can then correct the rejected document based on these remarks and resubmit it by clicking on “Send”.
