This article explains how to change the checkout layout used by your payment form.
Use it when you want to choose whether customers complete checkout on a single page or through a structured 3-step process.
When creating your offer, you can choose how to present it to your customers: either in 1 step or 3 steps.
What is the 1-step checkout layout?
In 1-step mode, all required checkout information is displayed on a single page.
Customers can view and complete everything at once, including the order summary, contact details, and payment step.
This layout can help create a faster checkout experience with fewer separate steps.
What is the 3-step checkout layout?
In 3-step mode, the checkout process is divided into several stages:
Order summary: the selected products are displayed.
Contact information: the customer enters their personal details.
Payment: the customer chooses their preferred payment method and completes the purchase.
This layout guides customers through the checkout process one step at a time.
How to change the layout for an existing offer
To select your preferred payment form layout, follow these steps:
Go to Sales → Offers
In the Forms tab, select the offer you wish to configure.
Open the Settings tab
Go to the Design sub-tab
Click Customize quickly
In the Appearance section, choose between the 1-step or 3-step mode.
Click Save and exit (top right) to save and apply your changes.
Important: this option requires the new offer theme
The 1-step and 3-step checkout layout options are only available for offers using the new theme. If your offer still uses the old theme, you cannot apply the 1-step checkout layout.
To use this layout, switch to the new theme from the offer's design settings.
