When creating your offer, you can choose how to present it to your customers: either in 1 step or 3 steps.
In the 1-step mode, all the required information is displayed on a single page. Your customer can view and complete everything at once.
This streamlined approach can help speed up the checkout process and reduce friction.
In the 3-step mode, the process is divided into several stages:
Order summary step: the selected products are displayed
Contact information step: the customer enters their personal details
Payment step: the customer chooses their preferred payment method (from those you made available) and completes the purchase
This structured approach can help guide customers through each step of the checkout process.
How to change the layout for an existing offer
To select your preferred payment form layout, follow these steps:
Go to Sales → Offers
Select the offer you wish to modify, then open its Settings tab
Go to the Design sub-tab, then click on Customize quickly
In the Appearance section, choose between the 1-step or 3-step mode
Note: This feature is only available for offers using the new payment form theme. If your offer is still using the old theme, you will not be able to apply the 1-step checkout layout.
To use this layout, you must switch to the new theme in the payment form’s design settings.
