Learnybox webinar reports provide complementary indicators to help you analyze attendee participation.

This article explains how to read and interpret both the number of participants and the participation graph.

Number of Participants

The number of participants displayed in the “Reports” tab of your webinar corresponds to the total cumulative number of users who actually joined the webinar, from start to finish.

Within this total, you can also identify which participants agreed to receive your emails (newsletter).

To do so:

  • Go to the “Registrants” tab.

  • Click on the “Participation” column header to order your registrant list based on attendance.

  • Analyze the data in both the "Participation" and "Newsletter" headers for each registrant.

You will be able to distinguish:

  • Registrants that attended your webinar (marked as “Yes” under participation), who are also subscribed to your newsletter.

  • Registrants that attended your webinar, who are not subscribed to your newsletter.

  • Registrants that failed to attend your webinar (marked as "No" under participation), who are subscribed to your newsletter.

  • Registrants that failed to attend your webinar, who are not subscribed to your newsletter.

Participation Graph

The participation graph shows the number of users connected simultaneously at a given moment, not the total cumulative number of participants.

For example:

  • A peak of X participants on the graph means that X users were connected at the same time during the webinar (e.g., at 7:00 PM)

  • This peak represents the maximum number of concurrent attendees during the session

This distinction is important:

  • Number of participants = total unique attendees over the entire webinar

  • Graph data = real-time concurrent attendance at specific moments

Understanding both metrics gives you a more accurate view of your webinar’s performance and audience engagement.
